Dining With Gianna

Gianna is a 10-year-old with spina bifida. She has aspirations of someday being a restaurant critic and this column, Dining With Gianna, is a way for her to practice her writing skills. Welcome to Dining With Gianna.

Today I went to the Paragon restaurant in Indiana . I had a Monte Cristo and a bowl of French onion soup. On a scale of 1-10, with 1 being the worst and 10 being the best: The service was average -7 and the appearance was ok -5 and the accessibility was fantastic -9 and the food was awesome -10. And the final grade (or “G”-grade) for Paragon Restaurant is 7.

The restaurant can be changed by putting a sink in the handicapped stall and flowers on the table. The service can be a little faster, too but I would like to go back there again.

Wow great critique! I never thought about the idea of having a sink in a handicap stall. I think that would be great if all handicap stalls were that way. I like the fact that you gave it a high mark for accessibility because that is important to know for moms like me. Thank You so much for all the info!!
